Today i’m gonna give some really important and valuable tips on how to heal acne scars naturally.

1 Apple cider vinegar is a powerful when used as an acne remedy. Directions to apply: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using  1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the scars and blemished area leaving it on the blemished area for at least ten minutes, or all night. Reapply several times during the day and then washing the face completely after each application

2. Bananas and the Peel are full of all sorts of goodness-even the part we don’t eat. The peels contain something called lutein, an extremely strong antioxidant that reduces swelling and inflammation, and speeds along healthy cell growth. Rubbing a banana peel on your face can reduce the redness and discomfort of the acne scars.

Directions to apply: Peel your banana and eat it it and they’re good for you. Take the peel, and rub it in a circular motion all over your face. When you feel as though you’ve covered all of your face, leave it on for at least thirty minutes, then rinse it off.

3. Aloe Vera gel may also be used with other things to fight acne, but it’s a good thing to use on its own as well Aloe is soothing and it works as an anti-inflammatory, diminishing redness and swelling. It also has antibacterial properties.

Directions to Apply: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using your fingers or a Q-tip, apply the aloe directly to your acne areas.

4. Lemon juice can help heal acne breakouts for a number of reasons. It is rich in vitamin C, which is good for all kinds of skin, and it’s a citric acid, so it helps exfoliate your skin as well.

Directions to apply: Rinse face gently with water and pat dry. Dab fingers, a cotton ball, or a Q-tip in the lemon juice and apply to the pimple. If it stings, try mixing it first with a small amount of yogurt.

5. Potato is a terrific vegetable, but one of its best benefits may not be something you’ve heard of before. That benefit would be taming acne, as potatoes are full of potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, and chloride witch are all components that can aid in reducing bothersome acne scars and blemishes.

They also have antioxidants to nourish your skin and encourage the healthy growth of new skin cells.

Directions to apply: Wash your face with water and pat almost dry, leaving it a bit damp. Grate 1 raw potato and rub the pulp and juice onto your face for a few minutes in a circular motion. Let it dry for 15-30 minutes, and then rinse off completely with warm water..
